When does the trial start?

The 14-day period starts when RIDBS confirms first access. The trial covers one store and up to three subscribed users.

What happens after day 14?

Hosted access requires an activated monthly store plan. Nothing should be charged unless a billing agreement has been confirmed.

Can one person cover several stores?

Yes. Billing is primarily per active store. Each store includes three recognised users; additional users can be added.

Does RIDBS replace our audit forms?

No. It supports coaching and evidence. Map required findings into the store's signed paper process.
