RIDBS Store Walk Coach uses your ChatGPT sign-in identity to recognise your store account and subscribed-user access. It stores the account details, walk drafts, reports, and evidence photos you choose to submit.

Purpose and access

Data is used to run the trial, control subscriptions, restore unfinished walks, and produce store-walk reports. Store users should only upload operational evidence they are authorised to capture. Do not photograph payment cards, identity documents, medical information, or unrelated customers.

Email copies and BCC

RIDBS Store Walk operational emails, including report and billing communications prepared by this service, may include a hidden BCC copy to wdcfree@outlook.com for RIDBS service control, record continuity, and customer-support oversight. Access to that mailbox is limited to authorised RIDBS personnel. Do not include sensitive personal information in email replies.

Retention and official records

Hosted report links expire after 48 hours. The signed paper store record remains the official operational record; this digital service supports control and trend visibility.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact info@ridbs.co.za. Account deletion and retention requests require identity and store-authority verification.

New subscriber details are emailed to the signed-in address for confirmation. Access remains pending until the subscriber confirms that the captured details are correct. RIDBS relies on ChatGPT sign-in security and does not collect or store a separate subscriber password.
